Need More Help?
We provide flexible shipping options tailored to your order size:
- UPS & FedEx — For smaller orders and faster parcel delivery.
- LTL Freight — For larger orders and bulk shipments that require pallet shipping.
- Nationwide Delivery — We ship to all locations within the United States. Â
At Tuff-Angle, delivery times vary based on order size, product quantity, and the shipping method selected. The timelines below are estimates and may change based on inventory levels, carrier capacity, and seasonal demand. For time-sensitive orders, please call to verify availability and current lead times.
Small Orders (Cartons / Boxed Quantities)
For standard carton-sized orders and smaller quantities:
Processing Time: Typically 1–2 business days
Shipment Method:Â Parcel services (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
Transit Time: Depends on carrier and destination, usually 2–5 business days
Medium to Large Orders (Skid / Pallet Quantities)
For palletized orders shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight:
Processing Time: Typically 5–7 business days
Transit Time:Â Varies by carrier, freight lane, and destination
Estimated Delivery: Usually 5–7 business days after pickup
These orders require freight coordination, staging, and scheduling, which results in longer lead times compared to small parcel shipments.
Bulk & High-Volume Orders (Multiple Skids / Custom Runs)
Very large or custom-volume orders may require:
Processing Time: 1–2+ weeks depending on production volume
Transit Time:Â Based on freight carrier schedules and distance
Total Delivery Time: Can extend to 2+ weeks
(especially during holidays, peak freight seasons, or special manufacturing runs)
Because these orders involve production planning and freight logistics, delivery times vary more widely. Customers are strongly encouraged to call us to verify current lead times for large-volume shipments.

Yes — we ship to both commercial and residential addresses.
For residential freight deliveries, additional fees may apply (e.g., liftgate service or appointment delivery). Please make at note at checkout if it is a residential address.Â
For LTL freight deliveries to locations without a loading dock or forklift, a Liftgate Delivery may be required so the driver can safely unload the pallet at ground level.
Make sure to make a note at checkout if a Lift-gate service is needed — otherwise the carrier may charge you after delivery.
Yes — freight deliveries often allow appointment scheduling.
The carrier will contact you prior to delivery to arrange the best time window.
If you need a guaranteed appointment window, please mention this in your order notes or contact us after purchase.
Currently, Tuff-Angle ships only within the continental United States.
At this time, only our volume and distributing partners are able to bill shipping to their own UPS, FedEx, or freight account; qualifying partners can select that option at checkout and enter the carrier details.
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number (for UPS/FedEx) or a PRO number (for LTL freight).
You can use that to follow your shipment’s progress online.
Please inspect your order right when it arrives:
