5. Customer Responsibility – Required Testing

It is solely the Customer’s responsibility to:

  • Perform thorough testing to ensure Product suitability for their specific packaging, handling, stacking, and shipping needs.
  • Validate performance under clamp truck pressure, stacking loads, and stability requirements.
  • Follow all industry standards and safety best practices.

Failure to adequately test Products constitutes acceptance of all related risk.

6. Limitations of Liability

Volunteer Box LLC is not liable for damage to goods, packaging, equipment, or property arising from:

  • Improper stacking or loading.
  • Clamp truck compression or handling.
  • Misuse, alteration, or improper installation of Products.

Our liability, if any, is limited solely to replacement or refund of defective Products.

We are not responsible for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages.
  • Business losses, loss of profits, contracts, or data.
  • Loss of goodwill or reputation.

These limitations apply even if we have been advised of potential loss.

7. No Warranties

All Products are sold “AS IS” without express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non‑infringement

Nothing in this section excludes liability where prohibited by law.
