What the Sample Kit is For

The Free Sample Kit is designed to help you:

  • Validate edge protetor size and profile
  • Evaluate Rigidity and Column Strength
  • Observe Performance under Strapping or Stretch Wrap
  • Assess load stability during handling and stacking

* It is intended for evaluation and testing–not for production use.

What's Included

The Free Sample Kit includes Edge Protectors Only, representing standard and heavy-duty configurations commonly used in palletized and unitized loads.

Samples may include:

  • .160 — Standard profile, horizontal corrugation
  • .250 — Standard profile, horizontal corrugation (patented 3-layer / 3-fold design)
  • .750 — Standard profile, horizontal corrugation (Double Wall, 2-fold)
  • 1.0625 (Horizontal Corrugation) — Standard profile (patented 3-layer // 3-fold design)
  • 1.0625  (Vertical Corrugation)Custom Configuration included to demonstrate increased column strength

Horizontal corrugation represents standard configurations.

Vertical corrugation and non-standard thicknesses are custom configurations and are evaluated through representative samples.

Who the Sample Kit is Best Suited For

The Free Sample Kit is most useful for:

  • Manufacturers and Distributors
  • Packaging Engineers and Operations Teams
  • Companies Evaluating New Packaging Methods
  • Applications Involving Palletized or Unitized Loads

How to Evaluate Performance

Customers typically apply samples to representative pallet loads and evaluate:

  • Corner Protection under Strap or Wrap Tension
  • Load Rigidity and Stability
  • Stackability
  • Handling and Transport Performance

Testing under real conditions provides the most meaningful results.

Next Steps After Evaluation

After Evaluation, Customers Typically:

  • Select Appropriate Profiles and Sizes
  • Move to Production Quantities
  • Incorporate Edge Protectors into Standard Packaging Operations

Technical Guidance is available during the evaluation process if needed.

Evalute. Compare. Test.

Your sample pack is assembled to show real-world performance differences between light, medium, and heavy-duty corrugated edge protectors—including custom-engineered variations not available from traditional suppliers.
