Because our products are industrial, freight-intensive, and often manufactured to order, all sales are considered final unless Volunteer Box LLC has made an error.

All freight shipments must be inspected at time of delivery.

The following products are considered custom or made-to-order and are non-returnable and non-cancelable once production has begun:
Order may not be canceled or modified once production has initiated
Pre-Productions Cancellations
Orders canceled prior to production release may be subject to an administrative fee
Once production begins, no cancellations or credits are permitted
